Night 1: Overnight in Casablanca

Your coastal journey begins in the vibrant economic capital of Morocco, Casablanca. Your first stop is the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, an architectural wonder perched on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. With your included ticket, a guided tour will lead you through its vast, ornate prayer hall, where you’ll marvel at the intricate zellij tilework, marble floors, and the world’s tallest minaret. Afterwards, experience the city’s vibrant pulse with a stroll along the Corniche, the bustling coastal boulevard. You’ll stop at a seaside cafe to enjoy the ocean view; a coffee or light snack here is the perfect way to soak in the atmosphere. The evening is free for you to relax and enjoy dinner at your leisure, with an overnight stay in Casablanca.

Day 2

Accommodation

Night 1: Overnight in Oualidia

After breakfast in Casablanca, we begin our journey south along Morocco’s stunning Atlantic coast. The scenic drive offers breathtaking views of dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches, and traditional fishing villages dotting the shoreline. Our destination is the beautiful lagoon of Oualidia, a hidden gem known for its calm, turquoise waters and thriving oyster farms.Upon arrival, you’ll have time to enjoy a leisurely lunch (not included) at one of the excellent seafood restaurants overlooking the lagoon, where you can sample the famous local oysters and other fresh catches of the day. The afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy this peaceful coastal haven – you might choose to take a walk along the lagoon, watch the local fishermen at work, or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere. We’ll settle in for the night at our hotel in Oualidia, with dinner included.

Day 3

Casablanca

After breakfast, we continue our coastal exploration with a morning drive to El Jadida (approximately 1.5 hours). This historic port city, formerly known as Mazagan, was a Portuguese stronghold in the 16th century and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site.Your guided tour of El Jadida will take you through its well-preserved historical landmarks. You’ll explore the impressive Portuguese Cistern, an underground Gothic hall with a magical reflection pool that creates stunning visual effects. Then, walk along the ancient ramparts that offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the old city. The tour continues through the historic Medina, where you can admire the unique blend of Moroccan and Portuguese architecture, including the former Church of the Assumption and the traditional stone buildings.Following our exploration of El Jadida, we’ll enjoy lunch (not included) at a local restaurant before beginning our comfortable journey back to Casablanca in the afternoon. The tour concludes upon our arrival in Casablanca, filled with memories of Morocco’s beautiful coastline and rich history.
