Payment and Booking Policy

Introduction


At Visit Morocco Tours, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. These Booking Terms outline the process for booking tours with us, including payment requirements, booking confirmations, and what is included or excluded in each tour package. 1. Booking Process

  • Tour Inquiry: To begin the booking process, you must contact us either through our website or by email at hello@visitmorocco.tours. Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide detailed information about available tours, itineraries, pricing, and availability.

  • Booking Confirmation: A confirmed booking is only considered complete once we have received a 50% deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation email with all relevant details, including the tour dates, itinerary, and payment schedule.

  • Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit can be made via a secure payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or other payment gateways). 2. Payment Policy

  • Remaining Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the tour price is due before your arrival in Morocco or upon arrival, depending on the payment method chosen.

    • Cash Payment Upon Arrival: The remaining balance can be paid in cash (in Moroccan Dirhams or a currency we agree on) upon your arrival in Morocco.

    • Bank Transfer: Alternatively, you can complete the payment via bank transfer before your arrival. Bank transfer payments must be received in full before the start of the tour.

  • Failure to Pay: If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed timeline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as per our cancellation policy.

3. Included in the Tour Package


Each tour package includes the following (unless otherwise specified in the specific tour description):

  • Accommodation: Based on the tour package, we provide accommodations in comfortable hotels, riads, or other specified lodging.

  • Meals: Meals included vary by tour package. Typically, breakfast and dinner are provided; however, lunch may be excluded.

  • Transportation: We provide transportation during the tour, including transfers to and from the airport, as well as transport between destinations included in the itinerary.

  • Guided Tours: All tours are led by licensed local guides, who provide insightful and informative commentary throughout the trip.

4. Exclusions


The following are typically excluded from the tour package unless otherwise stated:

  • Flights: International and domestic flights to and from Morocco are not included.

  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the tour price, but we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

  • Optional Activities: Some additional activities or excursions, such as camel rides or private experiences, may be available for an extra fee.

  • Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, such as souvenirs, personal meals, or tips, are not included in the tour price.

5. Tour Changes and Modifications


We strive to ensure that all tours proceed as planned; however, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or changes from third-party suppliers. We will notify you promptly of any significant changes to the itinerary.

  • Customer Modifications: If you wish to modify your tour dates or itinerary after the booking is confirmed, we will try to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Liability


We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable tour experience. However, Visit Morocco Tours is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, lost property, or other damages that may occur during the tour, except as required by law.
