1. General Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation by You (Customer): If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing via email at hello@visitmorocco.tours.

• Cancellation Fee: Depending on the time of cancellation, a percentage of the total invoice will be retained. The cancellation fees are as follows:

• 0–15 Days Before Arrival: 100% of the total invoice amount is non-refundable.
• 15–21 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total invoice amount is non-refundable.
• 21–50 Days Before Arrival: 30% of the total invoice amount is non-refundable.
• No-Show/Early Departure: No refund will be issued, and 100% of the total invoice amount will be retained. For more information on refunds, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Process

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if your cancellation falls within the allowed timeline and is processed as per the percentages outlined above.

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after receiving the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the booking unless otherwise specified.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as third-party booking fees, visa charges, or travel insurance, may not be refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

3. Special Circumstances

In certain circumstances, we may offer flexibility regarding cancellations, such as:

• Force Majeure: If your ability to attend the tour is hindered due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, you may be eligible for a full refund or an alternative tour date. We encourage you to contact us promptly if such situations arise.

• Transfers: If you need to transfer your booking to another date, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, this is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the new dates or availability of services.

4. Booking Amendments

• Change of Dates/Details: If you wish to amend the details of your booking (e.g., change dates, tour preferences, etc.), you must notify us at least 21 days before the tour’s start date. Depending on the change requested, additional fees or a price adjustment may apply.

• Late Changes: Changes requested within 21 days of the tour start date may be subject to additional fees or may not be permitted.

5. No-Show or Early Departure

If you fail to show up for the tour or leave early, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged the full price of the tour. We recommend arriving on time and planning accordingly to avoid these circumstances. For more on booking details, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Third-Party Providers and Services

Some of the services we offer may be provided by third-party suppliers, such as accommodation or transport providers. In such cases, these third-party providers’ policies will apply in addition to our own. If you are entitled to a refund or cancellation based on the policies of these providers, we will facilitate the process, but we are not directly responsible for third-party charges or fees.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refunds. In certain cases, if the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a refund via an alternative method, which will be agreed upon in advance.
